Trading Update - Unaudited accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2009

Highlights: 

• Gross revenue up 10% to £2,079 m (2008: £1,890 m)
• Gross profit up 9% to £1,555 m (2008: £1,421 m)
• Operating costs down by 21% to £1,299 m (2008: £1,654 m)
• Profit for the period to £0.256 m (2008: £0.233 m - Loss)

 "2009 saw the Group hit profitability despite the testing market.  We grew revenues again by double-digit figures for the year  - bringing it to twelve consecutive quarters of continued and sustainable growth. We continue to win major new business, most recently securing a 5-year contract with Health Facilities Scotland to supply and host our award winning web-based collaborative Software as a Service (cSaaS)."
