Professional Services Consultant 

Position:  Professional Services Consultant

Location: Amsterdam, NL

Asite are looking to fill a key role within our newly opened Amsterdam office. We’re looking for highly motivated and talented individuals with an understanding of Cloud-based software to join our Professional Services Team.

Successful candidates will have a hands-on role working for a fast-paced team who deliver exceptional service to our forever expanding customer base, along with providing skilled and professional consultancy on best practice for the Asite Platform. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a passion to work for a growth focused SaaS company and being part of helping the world Build Better.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all post-sales activity for Asite's customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning and execution.
• Develop a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
• Lead new client Implementations.
• Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption programs.
• Increase customer retention by ensuring complete satisfaction during and post implementation.
• Help to make Asite's platform a part of each customer's core architecture.
• Identification and tracking of enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of customers.
• Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Asite can continue to improve our service.
• Support the Sales team with Pre-sales activities to allow for a better platform overview to prospects.
• Upskill/train clients and teach best practice of the platform
  

Desired Skills and Experience: 

• Fluent in both English and Dutch language.
• Ability to manage project implementations from a process and systems perspective.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding client relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage priorities successfully.
• Good attention to detail.
• Outstanding work ethic with commitment to results.
• Background in SAAS industry is an advantage but not a must.
• Time management.
• Ability to work individually, but also collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in consultancy related roles.
