A free and innovative exhibition, CPD and networking event for estates teams.
Celebrating the release of their upcoming book; BIM for Estates, BIMsense Ltd are hosting an event to encourage the discussion around the digitalisation of estates development and to create awareness of various modern tech solutions enabling estates teams to both develop and maintain their estates more efficiently.
Joining BIMsense will be a selection of fellow industry disruptors who are leading the way in their fields of expertise from Building Information Modelling (BIM), to 3D printing, drone imagery, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), computer aided facilities management (CAFM), data management solutions, renewables and more!
As a collective, our digital technologies are helping provide estates teams the information they require in order to make better informed decisions on the development, construction, maintenance of estates whilst reducing the risk of budget overspend, programme delay and accidents.

Attendees are provided the opportunity to meet our exhibitors who will be showcasing the very best in modern estates technologies.
6-7pm - CPD
7-8pm - Networking
Attendees are invited to meet estates colleagues from across the UK alongside our exhibitors and presenters whilst feasting on free nibbles and drinks.

PARKING
There is convenient public pay and display car park at the Rose Bowl (for sat nav use LS1 3HB), the car park is split into two sections; directly outside the Rose Bowl there is an open-air car park and there is an underground car park below the Rose Bowl. Both are accessible via Portland Crescent.
