An industry wide consortium including Atkins, Mott MacDonald, Laing O’Rourke, Costain, Bentley, HS2, Tideway and 3D Repo has won £25,000 to part fund the development of an online platform for the tracking and analysis of project risks and health and safety issues. The platform will conform the newly published PAS 1192-6 and will consist of a database of issues linked to an online 3D repository of project data for easy visualisation communication and analysis. The additional funding needed for the development will be provided by the consortium partners and will result in a commercial platform hosted by 3D Repo and available for industry wide use.
