The Company announces that it was notified yesterday of the following transaction in the Company's shares completed by a director of the Company.
Tom Dengenis (Chief Executive of the Company), purchased 265,000 of the Company's ordinary shares at 7.5 pence per share on 11 October 2004. After this transaction, Tom Dengenis holds 834,000 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.81 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares of the Company.
