The Asite Common Data Environment will streamline processes and facilitate growth for First Endeavour in the residential market
Scotland (October, 2022) – Asite, the world’s leading data platform for the built environment, is proud to announce First Endeavour, an independent residential developer, has chosen Asite as its Common Data Environment provider across all future projects.
First Endeavour is committed to building affordable living spaces across Scotland. As a residential developer, the organization partners with registered social landlords and local authorities to deliver spaces that truly impact the communities they serve – whether through newly built properties or transforming dated built assets into homes.
The Asite Common Data Environment will be used in conjunction with the Field for Site product to connect the construction site with the office. As a result, project data will be captured, managed, and shared seamlessly through the project lifecycle, ensuring all project teams have access to information whenever and wherever they are.
Pietro Leo, Asite VP of Operations, UK & Europe, said:
“Through partnering with First Endeavour, Asite will be used across all their future construction projects for data management.
First Endeavour’s growing project portfolio enables Asite to be involved in a wide range of impactful community projects all centered around providing affordable housing. As we navigate our way through the ongoing housing crisis, we’re pleased to be able to support First Endeavour as they deliver life-changing projects.
This partnership further cements that Asite continues to be chosen as the number one provider for property developers across the UK. We’re incredibly excited to fuel First Endeavour’s growth as they expand in the market.”
Asite will be used on a range of residential projects over the next three-year partnership agreement.
First Endeavour’s most recent projects include developing more affordable homes by transforming the University of the West of Scotland site in Hamilton into an ‘urban village.’
The project is due to be completed in 15-20 years and comprises 355 residential units, a 70-bed care home, a 60-80-bed hotel, 5,000 square meters for office space, and 400 square meters for retail and café spaces.
Asite will work alongside First Endeavour to ensure they achieve project excellence, providing them with the tools they need to succeed.
