The Tithebarn scheme transformed over half of the existing city centre, creating a place that is modern, vibrant and enduring. Encompassing new shops, leisure facilities and a new bus station, there is everything you would expect to find in a 21st century city.

The developer - Preston Tithebarn Partnership - is a joint venture company formed between Grosvenor and Lend Lease. The company worked in partnership with Preston City Council to jointly deliver the scheme in the best interests of the city.
